Terms of use
- Package Validity:
A) 10 sessions: Valid for 2 months
B) 20 sessions: Valid for 4 months
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided.
- Hold Policy: Packages can be placed on hold for up to 30 days in case of sickness or critical reasons.
- Personal job-related absence is not eligible for a hold.
- Transferability: Packages can be transferred to another person.
- Mandatory Forms: Prior to training, signing the Disclaimer form and completing the Health Assessment form is mandatory.
