This option is ideal for individuals or small groups who find it difficult to commit to a weekly class schedule. It is also ideal for those who wish to progress through the syllabus at their own speed, following an individualised programme. Highly motivated students who choose this option can expect to increase their fitness levels and learn the self-defence techniques of Krav Maga at an accelerated pace.
