KMME Krav Maga Middle East since 2018 – DMCC Free Zone, Dubai UAE.
Krav Maga (Combat Fighting)
Krav Maga consists of a wide variety of techniques sourced from Aikido, Judo, Boxing, Wrestling, and Karate. Krav Maga is not a martial art, but instead, a self-defence system designed to be highly effective in real-world situations and easy to learn. The philosophy of Krav Maga emphasizes the use of aggression with the simultaneous application of defensive and offensive manoeuvres. Most techniques involve a block with a counterattack to a vulnerable part of the body, such as the groin, eyes, or throat. Practitioners learn how to defend themselves against single and multiple attackers as well as attacks involving knives, firearms, and clubs. The primary goal of Krav Maga is to neutralize a threat quickly and decisively to create an opportunity for escape.
KAPAP (Krav Panim el Panim)
At KMME, we practice a style of Krav Maga called KAPAP, which prepares practitioners for hand-to-hand combat. This style of Krav Maga is popular amongst military, law enforcement and security forces because of the attention given to making appropriate use of force decisions in combat and law enforcement situations. However, KAPAP is also suitable for civilians who wish to learn self-defence techniques that are highly effective and easy to learn. When delivered to civilians, the focus is on self-defense. This style of Krav Maga is an ideal choice for women self- defence classes, businessmen traveling to hostile environments, or anyone else who may be in high risk situations.
